Weather warfare make feel deja vu, ! oh yes shiv bhagwan

Capability of weather warfare means: The Lord Shiva in Hindus is no one but people who can destroy the world or bring "Pralay".

Large Floods, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, all are part of pralay and we used to think that god will bring these but people only will bring it.

I wrote a very simple and small utility to separate executable files from a given directory path with the help of code given in MSDN Documentation. Pseudo Code is as follows:

step 1: read the path from command line arg
step 2: create another folder named as "EXE" ; // see code
step 3: main loop {
                           get the filename and path;
                           check the filetype;
                           move to "EXE" folder
                           }

An Indirect Approach to Counter Corruption

Nowadays, the biggest issue to talk about and more precisely to protest against is corruption. Readers may feel that article is biased but for sure this article protests against system which is created in India and no one else.

Confusion within Democracy

In older times there was a tradition of choosing king's kin as next king. This was called monarchy or dynasty. The attributes of this type of governance is described as YATHA RAJA TATHA PRAJA. It means “Like King, Like People” or “As the Ruler So the Ruled”. Then according to our well known history SHRI CHANAKYA is the personality who tried to bring change and told people that king should not be the son of king but he should be chosen on basis of merit in a well defined set of required skills and capabilities. People of India could not remember it for long and then around 9th century, India collapsed.  Foreign invaders came and looted the country. From there, it took another thousand years to understand what SHRI CHANAKYA was trying to say. Then word Democracy was introduced to India and it was explained as YATH PRAJA TATHA RAJA. It means “Like People, Like King”. Now from here two thoughts are possible and reader can decide on what side he/she wants to be?
Possibility one: This time people of India forgot SHRI CHANAKYA’s teachings in less than seven decades and decided to go back to dynasty. Possibility two: If they are respecting democracy, then YATH PRAJA TATHA RAJA holds true and they should not complain against political-economical-social situation in the country. In either case, people of India need to look at themselves and improve themselves rather than blame politicians. If this happens, India might see better living atmosphere by a fair margin, even though ‘unjustified’ attitude of politicians remains same. Anyway, as debate continues we find issues where People of India are helpless by abuse of law and power by position holders and wrong system clauses.

Why not Change Constitution

Whenever we talk about Constitution Amendments, at least one person in group will be ready with statistics of how many amendments are done in last 65 years of independence and how many US has done and hence he will conclude that idea of amendments in Constitution should be dropped or should be seen as last resort. There may be another set of people in group who may ask me that are you more intelligent than our leaders who authored the Constitution. But my question to them and people of India is that if Constitution of India has supported them in these 65 years.
Do you think, combining all the good things from all over the world is a perfect approach to build any system? Do you think Authors thought just out of box to create Constitution for India to solve the Country's specific problems? Was it tailor made? Because of the rules of Constitution, people of India cannot choose either Prime Minister or President (two most powerful positions) directly. Is this fair? Might be a case that Constitution of India was right at the time when it was written, but today it’s not in the right spirit. We must bring Constitution amendments and reforms as confidently as possible.

Reform Suggestions without worrying what it takes

Considering the "YATH PRAJA TATHA RAJA” tune Article sticks to electoral reforms only.

Option: Direct Approach is better

This article states indirect approaches to solve the problem of corruption. And then if you don’t like it then how can you support the indirect process of choosing the head of the country. A blue print of what should be done is not possible at this stage but idea is to allow people of India to directly choose either President or Prime minister of country. People of India vote for their constituency and is possible that people generally limit themselves to their locality only i.e. either their VIDHANSABHA area or LOKSABHA area. They are never allowed to choose for country. This can be solved in two ways: Easy but not very effective way is to allow people of India to choose their President who will keep a check on governments and other departments of country. Difficult but more effective way is to allow people of India to choose their Prime Minister (in addition to MP) who can choose his cabinet from elected MPs on some transparent basis.

Transparent Basis

Whenever we want to get some job, there is a prerequisite according to job on offer. No need for example but say, someone wants to apply for a job of Auditor in Department of Tax then he must understand tax and have some degree in that area etc. then why it is so that MPs who take on ministry office as head are not required to show their qualification for job. For example: say someone wants to be a minister of telecommunications then he must prove some command in that field like MS in Telecom, PhD in Telecom, MS in Telecom Management, 25 years experience in telecom industry. Now Every MP candidate files for MP Election and with this scheme, he must specify that for which ministry he finds himself most suitable with supported documents. Without these, his nomination will be cancelled. Then elections and then PM will pickup from these elected MPs and must give an answer to nation that why someone was chosen for this ministry. Currently this is indirect. Government identifies experts and builds a panel for taking recommendations and advices. For example PM of India has security advisory council. DTC (Direct Tax Code) is well appreciated by industry and was proposed by a panel comprising of experts which included even MPs from ruling and opposition parties in year around 2009. Government takes action on these recommendations. With new transparent approach, we are not telling to dissolve advisory councils and practice of building panels but people who take decisions on those recommendations also must have proven intellect and expertise in the field.

Option: Rules for contesting elections

A registered national party or regional party should be barred from contesting Loksabha elections if:
1. If Party is not contesting elections on more than 50%+1 number of seats.
2. If Party is not contesting at least one seat in every state of the country.

Option: Rules for Election Campaign

A set of rules must be devised for Election campaign.  Some Public forums must be set up for candidates to talk about their agenda. We have national television and Radio and these can be utilized for debate. Election campaign office (ECO) can be setup. A number of days can be decided by ECO Officer and candidates for which election campaign will occur for the seat. Candidates must report in individual for this number of days and should go together for debates at various public forums. (Either electronic media or public stages.)

Option: Be a better son to Our National Father

We call Mahatma Gandhi as our Rashtrapitah (or Nation’s Father) but don’t listen to him on various issues like Ahimsa, truth etc. I have come across only one political suggestion from him: i.e. Resolve Indian National Congress Party after we got independence. And our country did not accept that. Even nobody has ever debated on this issue.

is it motivation

No one seems willing to share your burdens or even offer you much-needed moral support. This is as it

should be, for Saturn is teaching you a very valuable lesson, which is to stand on your own two feet. Once

you've learnt that, Jupiter will confer its rewards.
